Ordering Process

If you have found the desired product, you can put this without obligation by clicking the button In the shopping cart In the shopping cart. The contents of the shopping cart can be viewed at any time by clicking on the shopping cart links in the header bar without obligation. Products in the shopping cart can be deleted from the shopping cart by clicking the remove button  [ x ] . If you want to buy the products in your shopping cart, click on the button To checkout.

1. Step
Here you have the possibility to retrieve our General Terms and Conditions and to save them as a printable PDF file on your computer. You can use the field "Your comments" to send us a message with your order. Accept the terms and conditions first, if you want to continue with the order.

2. Step
In the order summary you can use the Edit-links to correct your information. By clicking the Buy now-Buttons the chargeable order is completed. The order process can be aborted before by closing the browser window or by clicking on any link.

3. Step
On the last page of the checkout you will find a button with which you can print out the order you have just placed to your control panel.

Conclusion of contract
After entering your data and clicking the Buy now-Buttons you place a binding, payable order of the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the entrance of your order takes place by an automated E-Mail immediately after sending the order. With this e-mail confirmation the sales contract has come into being.

Saving the contract text
The contract text with details of the article (e.g. type of product, price etc.) is stored by us and sent by e-mail with the order confirmation. Via your personal customer account (My account) you have access to contract texts of all current and past orders at any time. You will also receive our General Terms and Conditions in reproducible form as a printable PDF file at the same time as the e-mail confirmation.
