Our cancellation form provides you with an easy way to cancel your contract within the statutory cancellation period. The transaction will be reversed in accordance with legal requirements.

Please enter the order number in this form. You can find this number in the order confirmation you received via email, on the packing slip, on your invoice, and in the order overview of your customer account, provided you have registered as a customer and created a customer account. We also need the email address and last name used to place the order you wish to cancel.

Once we receive your cancellation, you will receive an automated confirmation of receipt via email. If you do not find this confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam folder. As soon as we receive your cancellation, we will contact you immediately to resolve your request as quickly as possible.
